Life is overwhelming and can make us feel alone. Therapy can give you a space to share the challenges of life. Those challenges can feel like a mountain that is too much to take on at once. Therapy can be the first step towards looking at the mountain differently. I use a client centered approach to help build a therapeutic relationship to help process the challenges of life. I strive to look at every individual with their own life experiences while understanding their needs and goals for therapy. Angela is a Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health and graduated from University of South Dakota with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has over 10 years of experience working with adults and children. She has worked with individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship problems and also with couples. Angela enjoys working with others in mindfulness and helping them form insight into their own problems.
