Come as you are. Over the past 20 years, opportunities from working at a home with teen parents and their babies, in schools K-12 and higher education, at an eating disorder center, as a grief bereavement & hospice counselor, as a counselor internationally, and as a therapist in private practice have allowed me the privilege of developing a breadth and depth of experience in supporting clients as they change, grow, and adapt throughout their lives. My hope is to join you in curiosity around patterns that may not be serving you any longer. To sturdy up self trust. Therapy is an opportunity to meet feelings, narratives, and roles with interest and compassion. Which can increase bandwidth for ambiguity, uncertainty, making room for healthy coping, wellbeing, and a meaningful path forward. You may notice some discomfort, as therapy is a big thing to do for yourself and sometimes we have parts of us that discount or minimize taking care of ourselves. And perhaps some relief in taking the next step forward, doing the next good thing for you. Certified Psychotherapist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP)
