She is supervised by Catherine Ocasio, LCSW, LAC Angela's experience started in mental health and substance use in 2017 where she worked at an in-patient treatment center, detox, and psychiatric hospital. She expanded her social work experience working in hospice, palliative care, and bereavement during her graduate school internship at the VA Medical Center . While in graduate school, Angela was selected as a fellow for the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program, a collaborative program between University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work and Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence. **Veteran Owned **
