Introduction

Having over 25 years of behavioral health experience that include therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and working in substance abuse, its helped me to see that all people have the ability to change, sometimes you just need someone to walk that journey with you. What qualifies me to offer services is the following: If you are experiencing symptoms related to trauma or adverse experiences in childhood, I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Perhaps you are experiencing difficulty with addiction, I am trained in using Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT and DBT-s). If you're struggling in your committed relationship with conflict, stonewalling, defensiveness, or criticism I am Level 2 trained through the Gottman Institute, which specializes in strengthening relationships. Currently I hold a Master's degree in counseling and licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I am also a certified NeurOptimal(R) neurofeedback trainer and use this tool in my practice to help strengthen and train the brain to be more flexible and resilient. For more information on the methods I use, visit: https://www.emdria.org/about-emdr-therapy/ https://www.resilientbrainprescott.com/ https://www.gottman.com/
