Introduction

Accepting new clients! Are you looking for a counselor who provides a safe and non-judgmental environment? I believe everyone's life has purpose, meaning, and a capacity for joy. I strive to create a compassionate environment that inspires hope where people feel important, valued, understood, and welcomed. You deserve to live a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning and feel a sense of purpose and satisfaction. It is a great privilege to be able to join you and witness your journey of healing, change, and growth. I work to tailor treatment to the individual and I'm passionate about treating each person respectfully. I am certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and my therapeutic approach includes CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, strengths and solution focused modalities. Everyone goes through challenging times. It takes self-awareness and courage to reach out and seek help when things aren’t going your way. Therapy can provide lifelong benefits and the tools you need to take on and overcome any challenge you may face. Showing up for yourself is admirable and takes determination. I look forward to working with you! Take the first step in your therapeutic journey: (520) 257-1168 x 713
