Introduction

As a Caribbean woman, I am deeply committed to understanding and addressing the unique challenges within my community. I offer a judgement free, empowering, and goal oriented environment. My specialization lies in working with individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression, recognizing the significance of cultural diversity in the therapeutic process. I embrace a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. I integrate various interventions and treatment modalities to tailor my services to the specific needs of each individual including CBT, Mindfulness, Somatic work and more. My goal is to provide a safe and healing space for my clients, co-creating a meaningful life free from the weight of generational and childhood trauma. Empathy and holistic care are at the core of my counseling philosophy. By combining my experiences and skills, I aim to empower my clients on their journey toward well-being and resilience.
