My goal is to help you understand and manage your anxiety, insomnia, relationship stress, mood changes (or all of these), so that you can thrive. My belief is that healing starts as soon as you have the opportunity to tell your story and be truly heard. I specialize in treating sleep issues utilizing CBT-I, recommended as first line treatment for adults struggling with chronic insomnia. We will also address underlying anxiety disorders that often trigger insomnia. Additionally, I am passionate about working with couples using an integrative approach that draws from Gottman, Solution-Focused, and CBT.
