My clinical expertise includes woking with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I empower clients with tools to increase self-awareness, build healthy coping mechanisms, and improve communication and connections with loved ones. I view therapy as a collaboration process, where we work together to set goals and work towards positive changes.
