Anitra is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC). She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Monmouth University. Anitra sees individuals, couples, and families both In-Person and Telehealth She has studied an array of treatment modalities; Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Sand Tray Therapy, Mindfulness and Yoga Therapy. Additional training includes addictions, crisis intervention, education, developmental disabilities, domestic violence, family systems, sexual abuse and trauma.
