You come to therapy seeking change and personal growth. You want more contentment with yourself and your life. Something is not working well for you. It might be relationships. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, such as dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to meet the needs of each client. I use an integrated therapy approach to meet your unique needs. We work at your pace. I see teens, adults, and couples in private practice in Concord, MA. I hold a MSW from Boston University, a MA from the University of Chicago, and a MBA from New York University.
