She treats Anxiety and Depression in adults and teens. Ann has advanced training and certification in pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders and specialization in parenting, life adjustments/transitions, work and team related challenges, and working with first responders and medical professionals. Over the years she has led trainings on various topics including: communication, effective stress management, procrastination and perfectionism, balancing demands of work and home, parenting, and informational webinars on perinatal mood and anxiety for expectant parents. Treatment Approach A variety of treatment approaches are utilized including traditional psychodynamic methods that explore the unconscious mind and unresolved conflicts, as well as evidence based treatment models such as CBT. Your treatment goals are tailored to your specific needs, and your treatment plan will be rooted in research-based strategies.
