Introduction

My role as a therapist is to encourage, empower and challenge my clients whether child, adolescent or adult, to build on the skills they already possess to move through life’s struggles. As a Counselor I have extensive experience working with issues related to divorce, grief, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, abuse, relationship issues, and difficulties with life transitions. I have been trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Child and Adolescent Skill Groups and Parenting Skill groups. It is a privilege to be entrusted with the care of others to offer support, build skills and create hope in the lives of children, teens and parents.
