With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ann Truesdell has embraced various facets of social work, seamlessly transitioning between direct care and macro-level engagements. Holding the position of Executive Director for more than five years at the National Association of Social Workers Montana Chapter, Ann drove impactful strategies to elevate the profession. Currently serving as a versatile practitioner, Ann operates as a private practice therapist, trainer, and burnout/self-care coach. Armed with a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Journalism, Ann extends expertise beyond clinical practice, delivering vital statewide training sessions on critical subjects like suicide prevention, burnout, and self-care for individuals and agencies. Beyond professional commitments, Ann finds solace in nurturing greenery through gardening and expressing joy through the art of dance.
