We all go through periods in our lives in which our goals seem out of reach. Turbulent life transitions, anxiety, and depression can leave us feeling immobilized and unempowered. These experiences can also be invitations to dig deeper, to let go of limiting beliefs and habits, and to summon what truly produces contentment, connection, and joy. My goal as a therapist is to support each client on their own unique journey toward thriving. I provide compassionate talk therapy services to those looking to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
