We all go through periods in our lives in which our goals seem out of reach. Turbulent life transitions, anxiety, and depression can leave us feeling immobilized and unempowered. My goal as a therapist is to support each client on their own unique journey toward thriving. I provide compassionate talk therapy services to those looking to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
