Regardless of what this looks like for you, I strive to support you as you explore your emotions, learn and apply effective coping skills, and work towards achieving greater emotional and mental well-being. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to navigate challenges, build resilience, and cultivate positive changes in their lives. I am here to be your mental health partner. I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief and adjustment disorders. I offer a collaborative and supportive therapeutic approach, integrating cognitive based-behavioral therapies, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based strategies. Life is a journey and sometimes the experiences require us to lean on others as we adjust to change, new beginnings and letting go of what may not be serving us any longer. I look forward to helping you navigate your journey by creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions and choices, while learning to be the best version of yourself.
