I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals learn how to effectively identify and process trauma. My work focuses on both body based (Brainspotting, mindfulness) and cognitive (Cognitive Processing Therapy) treatments. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals through effective treatment. I’m passionate about creating an open place for marginalized people to explore, process and heal from past trauma, and am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts.
