Hi, I'm Anna Often the way we talk to ourselves informs how we feel and what we do. Are you feeling stuck? Do you struggle with self-esteem? Are you unfulfilled? I am here to guide you through the process of harnessing your internal power to free you from stagnation and lead you towards self-acceptance, compassion, and symptom relief. Mental health challenges can feel like obstacles impeding our life and our ability to develop. I am committed to working with you to help you become unstuck, to move forward and realize your potential. And to build the momentum you need to lead a fulfilling life. I have experience in managing conflict, nurturing relationships, and promoting healing and renewal. I earned a dual master’s degree from Columbia University, one in Clinical Psychology and one in Mental Health Counseling. My therapeutic style integrates a relational approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), two evidence-based practices that are effective in treating anxiety and depression by focusing on how our thoughts impact our feelings and behaviors.
