I am passionate about empowering others and believe that you already have what you need within you to find healing. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, trauma related challenges or distress around food, body image or exercise, I will meet you where you are and help you find your innate strengths and move towards positive embodiment. Working through a holistic lens, I use approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting and IFS-informed concepts to support inner healing and reestablish the mind-body connection. I have additional training in DBT and EDIT-I for eating disorders and draw on mindfulness and ACT. Additionally, my certification in yoga allows me to help clients learn to reconnect mind and body to find their own healing path. Life is challenging and it is my goal to provide a healing, safe and nonjudgmental space and honor each individual journey.
