My name is Anna (she/her). I’m a perinatal therapist committed to helping parents and couples regain their sense of self and joy in parenting. My work focuses on building parent confidence, targeting negative thoughts around parenting, and expanding communication skills to increase support. I believe in using a strengths-based approach to help client’s amplify their inner strengths and feel like their best self. I'm a clinical social worker and proud mother to a son who keeps me active, silly, and humbled. Using a strengths-based approach and mindful self-compassion, I support clients in tending to their resilience, skills, and healing around issues that are important to them.
