I help you see your thinking patterns and how these patterns are interacting with your daily life making it difficult to get through the day. I will teach you boundaries that work for you and how to advocate for yourself and your needs. I teach you how to use skills to make life more manageable and livable. I listen to you and hear what you are saying so I can meet you right where you are. I talk with you about things that no one knows to help get rid of shame, guilt, worry, anxiety, and exhaustion.
