Introduction

Anne specializes in helping individuals identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress and anxiety. She has extensive training in the areas of trauma, codependence, betrayed partners, love addiction/love avoidance, and Binge Eating Disorder. Anne believes in the childhood origins of emotional dysfunction framework first introduced by Pia Mellody. This means we look back at our past to explain our current behavior and inform our future. Childhood origins work allows us to break free from harmful dynamics and patterns. This method has become the "gold standard" for many top-ranked treatment centers all over the world.
