Together we will discuss your immediate concerns and the challenges that brought you to therapy. Your history explains who you are; your therapy goals define the scope of our work. Therapy is a collaborative, growth-oriented process based on trust. Depth psychology considers the whole person, relationships to others, to the self, and to the world, throughout the lifespan. My role is to help you relieve distress, process trauma and losses, and resolve barriers to a more engaged and fulfilling life. My Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, is from Pacifica Graduate Institute, in Santa Barbara, CA. Drawing from evidence-based theories informs my approach for an individualized treatment trajectory. My clinical experience has been in community mental health, group, and private practice settings in Washington State, Idaho, and Montana, working with children, teens, families, couples, and individual adults. These experiences provide the foundation for my current focus with adult individuals. I welcome all people to my private practice with respect for their values, culture, and preferences. I offer tele-therapy during day and limited evening hours, with occassional in-person sessions as appropriate. Therapy encourages meaningful change, and I look forward to being a trusted support for your journey.
