I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist committed to helping help you heal from anxiety, depression, trauma or other distressing life experiences that has made everyday life difficult. My work focuses on reducing the intensity of traumatic memories, identifying faulty thinking patterns, developing new behaviors and teaching you how to develop healthy coping strategies. I use the most researched and effective therapies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and depression and EMDR Therapy for treating trauma and PTSD. We may include other therapies that we will discuss during therapy sessions.
