My approach to therapy is positive and strengths-based. I am passionate about promoting the holistic well being of individuals and tend to adopt an integrative style, tailoring my approach to fit each client's unique needs. As a former collegiate athlete and avid fitness enthusiast, I have a firm understanding of the interconnectedness between strong physical and mental health. My specialties include working with children, adolescents, and young and emerging adults who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life adjustments/transitions. I also work with couples and families, helping them to address relational issues and learn healthier communication styles.
