Introduction

Hi, I'm Annie Brogger, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner and CEO of Salt Psychotherapy. We are a group of highly skilled and compassionate clinicians who help people who are hurting and in pain find relief, comfort, and deep understanding of their wounds. We believe, as Carl Jung said, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life and you will call it fate." We take the time to gently hold the hurt parts of your history with a trauma-informed perspective, helping you to make meaning of your story, and to live in the world whole and healed.
