Introduction

Seeking help is not an easy thing to do, yet it is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself and those around you. You deserve to be seen and heard and when you decide to take the first step to seek counseling, I will listen with no judgment, and provide empathy and honest feedback. I have experience working with pre-teens, teenagers, and adults of all ages. I provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups for those who may be facing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, and grief. If you are ready to make a change, I am ready to listen and provide the skills necessary to help you make the change. I have 18 years of experience working with children and adults in different spaces, however, I have 7 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and veterans in therapeutic roles. Experiencing the challenges faced by all ages, I offer an integrative approach engrained in cognitive behavioral therapy. No problem is too big to face, but you should not have to face it alone. It all starts with a decision to reach out for help, even if you do not know what to say, I can help. If you are ready for a change, contact me to get started.
