Hello, my name is Antanette. I am an experienced therapist with 10+ years of working in the mental health field. My ideal client to support is someone that needs help with feeling unhappy with life, low self esteem/ self worth, Depression, Anxiety, or life transitions. I understand starting therapy (or starting again) can be a little scary, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. My approach to therapy will be tailored to best fit your needs. If you're looking to make a change, let’s work together to develop a plan that is realistic for you.   I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor (LPC,LCADC, ACS).
