I am a Professional Counselor Associate licensed by the state of Texas Behavioral Executive Health Council. I am mandated to follow state, federal, and board regulations to protect you and the ethical principles of counseling. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. I specialize in creating customized treatment plans that blend traditional CBT techniques with creative modern evidenced based therapies. My goal is to work with you to foster deep lasting change. I believe that true healing extends beyond a simple conversation but by utilizing scientific techniques to facilitate growth.
