Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing My goal as a psychologist is to help individuals find their full potential. I strive to help clients discover their hidden strengths and areas for growth; thereby learning to more effectively face their concerns. I provide individual and couples therapy and have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community as well as treating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, bipolar, ADHD, and autism. I have extensive training and experience in psychological testing. I provide assessment for adult and child ADHD and Autism. I can help clarify or differentiate a diagnosis, provide documentation for schools to help with IEP management, or assess for giftedness. My strategy with psychological assessment is to help people understand their underlying condition and provide recommendations to help them thrive. I also work at a college counseling center and therefore my availability for private practice appointments are most often evenings and Sundays. I emphasize an integrative approach toward treatment as no one size treatment fits all. I often utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Multicultural Therapy. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and received my doctorate from Wright State University.
