My experiences enable me to effectively work with people on a wide range of problems, including trauma, relationships, low self-esteem, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, addiction recovery. I use a variety of methods in my practice and tailor my approach to your individual preferences, goals and needs. Approaches I utilize are EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, mindfulness, core values work, self-care skills, and Ego state work. I am an EMDRIA EMDR Certified Therapist and approved consultant.
