I believe in EMDR therapy with all of my heart and soul! It has changed my life for the better, as well as that of so many of my clients and friends. I want that for you too! I provide traditional weekly EMDR therapy, as well as EMDR intensive therapy! I accent this with Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and other modalities like mindfulness, somatic, strengths-based, and compassion-focused therapy. I have extensive experience working with military and first responders. I worked at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, the United States Pentagon, Fort Lee, Camp Lejeune, and Camp Smedley D. Butler, Kadena Air Base, & Torii Station in Okinawa Japan, with all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, including Army Special Forces and the Marine Corps. I have also worked alongside many law enforcement officers and firefighters over the years. I have worked as a Master Addictions Counselor, as well. Working with trauma is my specialty and passion, as I have seen the toll it can take on individuals and families, as well as the massive healing that is possible!​ I am an EMDR-trained, licensed counselor. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida. I also provide worldwide wellness coaching.
