Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Addiction, Codependency,

Introduction

I believe in the simple and healing power of feeling heard, understood and supported. A professional counseling relationship with me provides a confidential, nonjudgmental place for you to be yourself without fear of rejection. Together we will build up your strength to take whatever next steps you choose. I will draw from my training and experience to offer new perspectives, strategies and insight to empower you to manage what feels unmanageable. I am also trained in EMDR which is effective in addressing the deep wounds of trauma and more. With a broad spectrum of experience, I have worked with a variety of disorders among adult clientele from the homeless to the affluent. My clients often say they feel so much better at the end of our session, and they are glad they have a plan moving forward. With warm support, I work to find and address the root of the problem so you can experience relief. We are living in incredibly stressful times, and reaching out for help is admirable and healthy. Through education, therapy and hope, I would love to help lighten your load. I currently have a few virtual openings and in-person availability in McKinney on Saturdays.
