Introduction

Hi I'm April. I provide Tele-therapy to women of color in Oregon. Clients who I work with often find themselves feeling invalidated, isolated, resentful, or at a loss with how to move forward from difficult experiences. Maybe work, relationships, or other stressors are increasing feelings of worry or sadness? Do you require support with a difficult transition, desire to create boundaries, or increase positive communication skills? We may be a good fit if any of this is resonating with you. In our work together you are the expert, and my hope is to walk beside you as we process any negative emotions, habits, or relationships that may be impacting your life. This happens through the creation of a safe space that acknowledges intersecting identities, oppressive systems, your own unique experiences, and identification of positive coping strategies
