I help clients to value themselves, broaden their coping strategies, and resolve internal conflicts that block them from being happy and successful in their school, work, and personal life. I provide psychotherapy for adults with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, medical conditions, learning/cognitive problems, and identity concerns. I enjoy working with both men and women. I find that many of my clients benefit from coaching in their approach to romantic relationships, friendships, work, and lifestyle. I often integrate mindfulness practices into therapy to help clients build self-acceptance and self-compassion. In addition to being a clinical psychologist, I have advanced training in neuropsychology and incorporate this perspective to help neurodiverse clients. I also work in a rehabilitation hospital and understand how clients with disabilities can find satisfaction and success. I believe the relationship between a therapist and client is the vehicle for change, and I take time to build rapport and gain an understanding of a client’s concerns and goals.
