Arianna (She/Her) is an Associate Therapist dedicated to serving clients in Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Boston College and earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston College School of Social Work. Arianna has experience working with young adults navigating autism, depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity development challenges. Arianna's training encompasses a range of evidence-based therapy approaches, including Strength-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices. She has also completed Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (CCSP) training. By employing a collaborative and strength based approach to therapy, Arianna has helped clients become more aware of their emotions, recognize patterns of distress, and empower themselves to make positive changes. In her practice, Arianna emphasizes the importance of mindfulness practices to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness to cope with life's challenges effectively. Drawing from their unique strengths and experiences, Arianna helps her clients develop healthy habits and build skills and knowledge that empower them to accomplish their goals.
