Introduction
Therapy is for everyone. Really. I believe that if we treated going to therapy the same way we treat going to a primary care doctor for a check-up the world would be a happier more well-adjusted place. As a certified Gottman therapist, I primarily work with couples. I’m also passionate about working with young parents, women experiencing postpartum depression, and people struggling with addiction and substance abuse as well as general anxiety, depression and trauma. Additionally, I provide career counseling to those struggling with professional identity, job transition and/or new graduates starting their careers.
