Introduction

I specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression and work with a wide range of adults and adolescents. I am a trauma trained and informed therapist whose work focuses on the mind-body connection and healing old wounds. I am trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and use these along with other body-based interventions within my work with clients. I believe in working collaboratively with clients and meeting them where they are. Together, we can help you learn to trust yourself and your body, show yourself compassion and reframe those negative beliefs that cause you to feel stuck. Together we will work to find what modality works best for you.
