As A licensed counselor in Washington state I am committed to helping clients learn how to understand and bring more clarity to their mental, emotional, physical, challenges. My work focuses on understanding more about how each persons unique life experiences have brought you where you are today. I am passionate about creating resources for my clients that create a true sense of hope and comfort to address the struggles that are present in their lives. Working transformative modalities such as EMDR I am confident in offering more ways to process and find greater relaxation, ease and deep lasting healing. I offer a kind and caring approach that I have experienced as a key essential in supporting you on your healing journey.. Through my own personal life work, journey and engagement in the field of mind body, somatic and transformational practices, I offer a deep understanding of the depths of this human experience. Thus the counseling and guidance that I provide is a non judgmental safe space for you to be seen and heard whatever your currently navigating through in your life. I honor the unique human you are.
