Art has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career. From an advertising and media executive, to coaching high school baseball, to conducting life design workshops, and most recently working with undergraduate and graduate students in the Counseling and Psychological Services department at Saint Mary’s College of California. The common thread in these varying roles has been Art’s empathy to understand people and help them work through whatever challenges they may be facing. When confronted with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and grief, Art uses his compassion and broad experience to help his clients accept and work through deep emotions as a part of living. Art’s ultimate goal for his clients is to help them live authentically by tapping into their personal meaning so they can be who they are, and not a version of who others may want them to be.
