Introduction

Hi! I hail (Go Blue) originally from the Midwest but have called Colorado my home for the past fifteen years since attending the University of Colorado (Go Buffs) for my undergraduate degree. I live in Longmont, CO with my husband and two kiddos. I have loved getting to walk alongside people for as long as I can remember! Prior to opening my own practice I worked at a group home for adolescent girls, served on Young Life staff, as well as in a local church. I believe firmly that therapy should include coffee, laughter, and maybe a few tears here and there. Most importantly, I aim to help people feel a little less alone on their journey, I can’t wait to meet you!
