I have been a therapist for 4.5 years working with mainly children, teens and adults. I believe that everyone is the master of their own life and deserves to create a life worth living for. My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, strengthen coping skills, build self-compassion and embrace your unique story. I strongly value the relationship with my clients and am passionate about empowering individuals, creating emotional safety, and healing through life's challenges. I work from a place of empathy, empowerment, creativity and connection to assist clients on their journey. I mainly utilize CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, and strength-based approaches. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, anger management, social skills, and self-esteem. When not in therapist mode, you can find me spending time with my loved ones, staying active, reading, scheming travel plans, attending concerts, trying new restaurants and going on adventures with my dog.
