Ashleigh Acker

Ashleigh Acker, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and the Clinical Director of Marriage and Family Services in Miami, Florida. She provides in-person and telehealth services. She specializes in relational therapy, helping individuals and couples navigate challenges with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach. With extensive clinical experience and training, Ashleigh takes a holistic, person-centered, and systemic perspective—exploring the health of both the individual and the family. She believes that healing begins with self-awareness and self-compassion, and she is passionate about guiding clients toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Ashleigh’s trauma-informed, culturally competent approach allows her to support clients facing a range of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, major life transitions, and trauma. She is especially passionate about helping couples reconnect, break unhelpful patterns, and implement relational tools to foster deeper understanding and intimacy. Her strengths-based, CBT-informed approach encourages clients to challenge limiting beliefs and cultivate a growth mindset. Ashleigh believes that when we develop a conscious and loving relationship with ourselves, we create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others. Her goal is to help clients balance self-acceptance with meaningful self-improvement—so they can move forward with confidence, clarity, and connection.
