Hi there! I’m Ashleigh Draper, a pre-licensed therapist, a wife, and a proud mother of five wonderful children ranging in age from toddler to teenager. Our stories are unique, and I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing space where you can share yours. My mission is to walk alongside you on your healing journey, helping you navigate life's challenges and discover your inner strength. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science with an emphasis in trauma from Grand Canyon University. I am a pre-licensed counselor pursuing licensure while receiving direct clinical supervision from AZBBHE-approved supervisor Julie Russomanno, M.S., LPC. In our sessions, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for addressing trauma and facilitating healing. I believe in the transformative power of connection and vulnerability. I will create an environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to embrace growth. Together, we will work toward rediscovering your resilience, rebuilding your sense of self, and embracing a future filled with hope and possibility.
