I am a licensed independent marriage and family therapist (OH and KY). I operate from a humanistic, strength-based, and intergenerational approach to help improve people and their relationships and transform and redeem past losses and shame. I work with the client to co-create goals and help facilitate change while providing practical support and an empathetic connection. I am trained in Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and incorporate a trauma informed and trauma focused approach in all my work.
