Introduction

I believe in the ability of each individual to seek and achieve change in their life. My goal as a therapist is to provide support to you in this process, while guiding and facilitating insights that will lead you to a sustainable transformation. I specialize in treating adults who struggle with addictions, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, difficulties with emotion regulation and/or relationship problems. I also provide DWI evaluations for the court systems and DMV and am able to offer telehealth/video counseling. I utilize a person-centered approach in order to meet each client's individual needs and style. Additionally, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) approaches based on individual need. I embrace and welcome all LGBTQ and BIPOC clients to my practice and am a health at every size (HAES) aligned provider.
