Introduction

I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with substance use as well as many mental health diagnoses including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. In sessions, I work with clients on building independence, self esteem, and increasing awareness about their mental health. I do individual counseling and collaboratively work with my clients to establish personalized goals to address their specifically identified core issues. I use CBT, DBT, REBT, solution focused techniques, and trauma informed therapy approaches including inner child healing and self acceptance. I work with a variety of clients including many ethnic backgrounds, religions, and all gender identities. I recognize that starting therapy can feel intimidating. I emphasize the importance of fostering a trusting rapport and safe environment. This allows my clients to feel comfortable, understood, and connect with their authentic self. My goal is to help you recognize your goals and build on your strengths and resilience. I look forward to working with you!
