Hi, I'm Ashley. I have been in the mental health field for nearly 20 years supporting kids, adults and families. I am certified in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and believe wholeheartedly in the power of relationship to nurture developmental wounds. Therapy with me includes exploring underlying needs that drive behaviors and finding ways to advocate for those needs with others.
