I view counseling as a coming alongside journey that creates an open, safe space where you as a whole person and the details of your story (including those areas where you feel “stuck”) can be explored, understood, and honored. I am passionate about the change process. Change can occur - through collaboration and gaining understanding into your problems, feelings, and ways of doing life and relationships. I also specialize in incorporating spirituality and faith issues into therapy, with those who desire to explore concerns experienced in their faith journey.
