Introduction
Starting therapy can be intimidating. Finding a therapist who actually feels like the right fit makes a big difference. My approach is relational, down-to-earth, and often includes a little humor. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and start to unpack what’s getting in the way. We’ll dig into the hard stuff, but you won’t have to do it alone. I work best with clients who value honesty, connection, and a flexible, collaborative process. Whether you're navigating anxiety, body image, or big life transitions, I’m here to support you. I specialize in treating eating disorders, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, trauma, and faith transitions. I’m trained in and utilize EMDR. I enjoy working with the college aged individuals and have experience supporting students, athletes, and those navigating big life transitions. If life feels overwhelming, off track, or just kind of a lot, we can work through it together. My style is supportive, collaborative, and real. If you’re curious, unsure, or just looking for someone to talk things through with, I’d be honored to take this journey with you! I recently opened an office in Brigham City and am excited to serve this area. I also see clients via Telehealth in both Utah and Idaho.
