Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in SC, working with youth (7+) and adults of any age. My approach is collaborative and eclectic, but often use Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. My main specialties include, but are not limited to, major life transitions/adjustments, anxiety/life stressors/trauma, emotional management and/or behavioral issues, and self-esteem. I enjoy helping others learn, create, and communicate boundaries to foster healthy self-image and relationships. Feel free to reach out and set up a free 15 minute consultation to see if I might be a good fit for you! Although I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance regarding their reimbursement policies for behavioral health services.
